DATA PROTECTION
We support companies with all aspects of their technology contracts. This can involve anything from advising on the interpretation of a single provision of a contract, reviewing and amending contracts sent through from customers or suppliers, through to negotiating the contracts up to completion or even creating new template contracts to improve the efficiency of the contracting process.
We also help companies to comply with data protection law. This can include drafting and advising on privacy notices, data processor agreements, compliance strategies and international data transfers or assisting companies with their privacy impact assessments.
